This class will teach you ways to quiet and focus the mind, and create an awareness of energy dynamics that will enhance your life by creating balance through inner resilience. Learn how to shift your emotional states and thoughts by releasing blocked energy, consciously create in your life, and experience more inner peace.

Learn meditation and visualization tools to harness the intensely creative energy level that comes with a female body. Create emotional health, well being, and boundaries as you learn to not give everything away unconsciously. Reclaim energies that are unique to you as a female to create the life you want, own your power, and enhance your creativity: essentially being able to ask your own self for what you need, and to receive it.
Take a class from the comfort of your own home! Classes are approximately one hour plus in duration. Once, registered you will be given a teleconference phone number and access code, allowing you to connect to your teacher and class. Cost: $125. Starts Thursday, May 3rd for 4 weeks, 7:30pm MST. SELF-HEALING CLAIRVOYANT TRAINING
Continue the journey with a six month or one year commitment of self awareness, healing, and accessing the wisdom of you the spirit through meditation, psychic reading, and spiritual healing. Pre-requisite: Intro to Self Healing. Meets once a week, Tuesdays 6:30-8:30pm, for the first two months. Then meets twice a week with Monday nights 6:30-8:30 added in. $175/month.
ONE TO ONE CLASS FOR GRADUATES
Work on the threshold as pure spirit before you took this current body. Deepen in your spiritual freedom and certainty.
Private sessions in this 15-month training meet once a month or by phone, $75 monthly
